NJUKA has 4 meetings a year (every calendar month).

The first Meetings of the year are held every first Saturday of February and the other meetings after every three months. 

Members agree on where meetings will hold and this is usually communicated well ahead of time to guide planning. 

During meetings, as a way to promote the Kom culture and tradition and strengthen the bond that exists between members, women bring food and men bring drinks.

NJUKA has an executive voted for by the General Assembly.
